Christiana, LPC, serves as Chief of Staff and Operations Manager at Midsommer, where she leads strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to support the company’s mission of transforming the psychotherapy experience. A licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, Christiana also provides care to individuals and couples, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her combined expertise in clinical care and organizational leadership makes her integral to both Midsommer’s operations and its person-first approach.

In addition to her leadership role, Christiana is a licensed professional counselor and active psychotherapist. She holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Christiana brings a clinical lens to her leadership, drawing on a deep exerpeience supporting individuals and couples through life transitions and relationship challenges. She supports clients in unpacking their stories—shaped by moments, interactions, traumas, and narratives— and empowers them to restructure their paths forward.
