With over 22 years of experience working in clinical offices across both hospitals and private facilities, I bring extensive knowledge in management consultation, team building, strategic implementation, cross-team collaboration, insurance verification, and medical billing. I hold certifications in Medical Practice Management and Professional Coding/Billing through AAPC, as well as a certification in phlebotomy. As Director of Billing and Intake, I use this experience to ensure that our billing, intake, and broader operational processes run smoothly across every pod in the Midsommer network, so that our clinicians can focus on what matters most: client care.
