Their versatile background also includes five years dedicated to technical collections, negotiation, and compliance management.
Ritz brings a highly structured yet collaborative lens to leadership. They hold a foundational background in Business Administration and Management, which they have heavily augmented with elite professional certifications. Ritz is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in Strategic Planning and Deployment and completed intensive training in Design Thinking at Ateneo De Manila University.
